2017 Earth Festival Event Vendor Info and Application
Non-profit vendor: Non-profit groups must submit an application by March 15, 2017 for the opportunity to secure a space. Non-profit group space is limited. * Please Include non-profit documentation with application. You will be redirected to our payment page after submitting this application.
Event Space: A 10’x10’ space is provided. No power available; no additional space available. You must provide your own space supplies (tent, chairs, etc.)
Note: The following conditions apply to all vendors and groups:
- Vendors/groups are PARTICIPANTS of the SCH Earth Festival and in public outreach or advertising may not represent themselves as a partner or sponsor of Sustainable Cherry Hill or the Earth Festival.
Parking is limited – please car-pool
Supply your own display table, canopy, chairs – all supplies you need
If power is required and approved – you must supply power cords.
Composting and recycling stations available on the festival grounds and must be used for waste.
Each vendor is responsible to communicate set-up and break-down guidelines and other event-day requirements to all staff members and/or volunteers involved with your Earth Festival activities.
Your space MUST be manned from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Organizers will note early departures; NO CARS on festival grounds until event is officially over. Guidelines for loading and unloading will be communicated as event day approaches.
